                              Directors' Dealings

The Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today that Mr David Norwood, Director, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the
Company yesterday at a price of 120 pence per share. This brings his total
holding to 2,770,552 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately
1.12% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that Mr Nicholas
Irens, Non-Executive Director, bought 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company
today at a price of 120 pence per share. This brings his total holding to 25,000
ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.01% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
