                              Director's interest


The Company was informed today that Sheena Ellwood, Sales and Marketing
Director, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share
capital, at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.  This purchase represents
Ms. Ellwood's total holding of Ordinary Shares.  Ms. Ellwood also holds 100,000
options to acquire Ordinary Shares at a price of 74.5 pence per share which were
granted for nil consideration on 20 February 2003.
