MILANO (MF-NW)--Deutsche Bank conferma rating buy su Lottomatica (+1,15%), con tp di 12,3 euro per azione, dopo che l'azienda si è aggiudicata SKS365, proprietario del brand PlanetWin in Italia e operatore numero sei nel crescente mercato italiano del Gaming Online, con una quota di mercato del 7,1%. Nonostante fosse un processo competitivo, Lottomatica ha avuto diversi vantaggi; è stata in grado di finanziare l'operazione con cash e potrebbe ottenere maggiori sinergie.
