Constellation announces that copies of the Report and Accounts are being posted
to shareholders today and are now available from the registered office of the
Company, 6 Derby Street, London W1J 7AD and from John East & Partners Limited,
Crystal Gate, 28-30 Worship Street, London EC2A 2AH.


Having published the Company's Report and Accounts the Directors of
Constellation have requested that the suspension of trading in the ordinary
shares and preference shares of the Company on AIM is lifted.
