under RNS number 7970N contained incorrect information. The total holding of
Close Brothers Group plc should have been 2,505,352 shares (10.16%) and not
4,665,352 shares (18.92%) as originally stated. A full amended notification is

On 5 August 2003 the Company received an amended notification dated 22 July 2003
from Close Asset Management Holdings Limited advising that Close Brothers Group
plc has a total holding of 2,505,352 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company
("Shares"), held as follows:
