WDC Westfieldg Stapled

U.K. property fund manager Hermes Real Estate has acquired Australian mall owner Westfield's (WDC.AU) half share in a GBP400 million retail portfolio comprising two shopping centers in the south of England and one in Belfast, the Financial Times reported on its website Tuesday, citing Hermes Chief Executive Chris Taylor.

The three centers--the Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells, the Friary Centre in Guildford and CastleCourt in Belfast--are the "dominant assets" in their catchment areas, the FT quoted Taylor as saying.
