Prominent Industry Leaders Join Volt Workforce Solutions

announced it has hired two key business executives, further
strengthening Volt’s senior leadership team as the Company advances
its growth and profitability strategies. Joining the Company are
Lori Schultz, Chief Operating Officer, Volt Workforce Solutions and
Lauren Griffin, Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions Group,
Volt Workforce Solutions.

Solutions — Ms. Schultz joins Volt at the height of her
successful career spanning 25 years in the global staffing
industry, most recently with Pontoon. She began her career with
Manpower and then moved to Adecco, where she was consistently
promoted to various leadership roles, culminating in the position
of Senior Vice President leading two major business units — Ajilon
IT Consulting and Adecco Technical/Medical & Sciences/Energy
and Government Services. In 2009, she became Global President of
Yoh Services, where she led a successful business transformation,
which resulted in returning the business to profitability in just
one year by improving sales, marketing, and operations. Most
recently, Ms. Schultz served as the Senior Vice President, Global
Program Management at Pontoon, where she was responsible for Global
Management Services, RPO and Statement of Work Solutions.
Lauren Griffin, Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions
Group, Volt Workforce Solutions — Ms. Griffin has over 25 years
of significant experience leading sales and operations in the
staffing industry, primarily with Adecco. She began her career at
Tad Resources International, which was acquired by Adecco. Ms.
Griffin enjoyed success that earned her successive roles of
increasing responsibility in sales and operations. Most recently,
she was the Senior Vice President, North Central Division, where
she led sales, account management, recruitment and operations for a
business that delivered $825 million in revenue and had over 500
employees across 15 states focused on commercial staffing, central
delivery, and on-site operations. During her tenure, Ms. Griffin
was responsible for Adecco’s largest and most profitable U.S.
division.
