announced that on Friday it submitted the Mt. Todd gold project's
Final Environmental Impact Statement ("EIS") to regulators in the
Northern Territory, Australia.

diligently to compile responses to comments received on the
project's initial EIS. On Friday in Australia, we submitted the completed EIS for
final review to Northern Territory regulators. We continue to
