                    APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN


TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or "the Company"), the AIM
listed provider of "white label" person-to-person ("P2P") betting exchange
systems, is pleased to announce that it has today strengthened its board with
the appointment of Andrew Tottenham as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
The appointment is with immediate effect.


Andrew, aged 46, has extensive experience in the gaming industry.  In 1987 he
founded and built Tottenham & Co, the international gaming consultancy, into a
well-known international firm with blue chip clients that included Rank plc and
William Hill.


In 1997, Andrew was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Trans
World Gaming Corporation, the US public quoted casino operator. During his time
on the Board, Andrew oversaw the raising of $17 million via a private debt
placing amongst US and UK institutional investors.


In October 2000 Andrew became a Director of Harrods Online Ltd, where his
responsibilities included the development and implementation of the marketing
plan, and the launch of the online casino.


Andrew is the current President of the Internet Gambling, Gaming and Betting
Association (IGGBA).  Officially founded in January 2002, IGGBA was created to
address the unique legislative, regulatory and commercial opportunities and
concerns of the I-Gaming industry.
