On May 14, 2020, BiomX Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

The Company from time to time presents and/or distributes to the investment community at various industry and other conferences slide presentations to provide updates and summaries of its business. On May 14, 2020, the Company posted an updated corporate slide presentation in the "Investors" portion of its website at www.biomx.com. A copy of the slide presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
