CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING

Hydro International plc ("the Company") has been informed that Mr. Guy Thomas
has donated 60,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") to The Knee Foundation,
a registered charity. As a result Mr. Thomas' beneficial holding has reduced
from 1,360,000 to 1,300,000 Shares representing a movement from 10.04% to 9.59%
of the Company's issued share capital.
