Resignation of director

Michael Edelson, Chairman of Hanover Capital Group plc, has resigned with
immediate effect. Mr Edelson has taken this decision now that the transformation
of the company from a technology driven business to a mining investment company
has been completed. He believes that the interests of shareholders will be best
served by appointing a Chairman with  more relevant expertise in the mining
industry.
