The Company has today been notified of the following change in
director's interests in its shares:

Mr W R Hull, Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary has transferred 5,128
shares to FE Hull. Following this transfer, Mr Hull retains a beneficial
interest in 568,820 shares in the Company, representing 2.01% of the issued
share capital of the company.
