Response to Press Speculation

Following recent press speculation, the Board of Chorion PLC ("Chorion")
confirms that it is in negotiations with the owners of Mr Men and the owners of
Mr Films to acquire all of the rights relating to the Mr Men property, and has
been granted a period of exclusivity by each.


The Board can confirm that, although these acquisitions represent sizeable
transactions for Chorion, neither would constitute a reverse takeover under the
AIM rules.
