Infineon Technologies Appoints Inaugural Digital-Transformation Officer

Infineon Technologies AG said Thursday that it is creating a new
board position of chief digital transformation officer, effective
April 15, and that Constanze Hufenbecher has been appointed to the
new post.
The German semiconductor maker said the new position adds a
fifth member to the management board, from four previously.
The company said it also plans to extend contract of Chief
Financial Officer Sven Schneider by a further five years.
New CDTO Ms. Hufenbecher previously worked for Infineon between
2004 to 2009, and was most recently CFO at Lufthansa Technik, the
company said.
