SAP SE said Thursday that executive board members Stefan Ries and Michael Kleinemeier would leave the group as part of a number of changes to simplify the structure of the company.

The German software company said Mr. Kleinemeier would leave April 30, followed by Mr. Ries at the end of May.

SAP said it would integrate its sales, service and related customer success businesses into its customer success board area under the supervision of Adaire Fox-Martin, with product management, development and product support moving under a board area managed by Thomas Saueressig.

Most former SAP digital business-services organization teams will also be combined with the two board areas, SAP said.
