--Daimler Chief Executive Ola Kallenius told managers that he plans to cut 10% of management positions in Germany, Handelsblatt reports, citing an internal message to German employees from the car maker's works council.

--"Globally, that would be about 1,100 jobs," the labor representatives said, according to the German daily.
