EXC Exelon Corp

Exelon Corp. (EXC) has named John Richardson as a director, increasing the size of its board to 14.

Mr. Richardson recently retired from the U.S. Navy after more than 30 years of service. He most recently served as chief of U.S. Naval Operations and has experience with nuclear reactors, among other things.

Upon joining Exelon's board, Mr. Richardson will serve on the finance and risk and generation oversight committees.
