Siemens Extends Contract of Board Member Cedrik Neike

Siemens AG (SIE.XE) said Wednesday that its supervisory board
has decided to extend the contract of board member Cedrik Neike by
five years.
Mr. Neike is the chief executive of Siemens's
smart-infrastructure unit, which is set to become one of the
group's core businesses once its energy business is spun off.
His contract will run until May 31, 2025, Siemens said.
The German engineering conglomerate said Chief Human Resources
Officer Janina Kugel's contract will expire on January 31,
2020.
