MILILANI, Hawaii, March 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Jeffrey K. Lyons, Ph.D.'s book, Evolution Myths:
A Critical View of Neo-Darwinism ($15.99, paperback, 9781545648186; $7.99, e-book, 9781545648193), is now
available.
Evolution Myths: A Critical View of Neo-Darwinism is a critique
of neo-Darwinism, the dominant dogma of secular higher education
and K-12 public education. The criticisms in this book are from
various overlapping groups of scientists, atheists, philosophers,
and university professors. It includes over 275 references,
primarily from scientific sources and an index.
The book traces the historical origins of the theory of
evolution and how the theory itself has changed, over time. The
reader will learn about the term of "evolution," which Darwin
despised, but the philosopher Herbert
Spencer promoted, 7 years before Darwin published, On the
Origin of Species. It was only in the 6th edition of On the Origin
of Species that Darwin used the word "evolution." This was 37 years
after Spencer first used the term evolution.
Additionally, "the reader will learn: 1) There is scientific
proof that life is not random; 2) a world-famous scientist believes
DNA had no natural origin; 3) evolution cannot explain 3 barriers
to life; 4) there are many scientists and philosophers that
criticize evolution," said Lyons.
