Phillips 66 Reports Flaring at Borger, Texas Refinery

Phillips 66 (PSX) reported flaring of gas emissions at its
refinery in Borger, Texas.
In a statement to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality,
the refinery said the flaring of more than 500 pounds of sulfur
dioxide began Tuesday and lasted about eight hours. "An
investigation into the cause of the incident will be conducted," it
said.
The 146,000-barrel-a-day Borger refinery is located in the Texas
panhandle, northeast of Amarillo.
