Northrop Grumman Names Nick Chaffey CEO for U.K. and Europe

Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC) named Nick Chaffey chief executive
for the U.K. and Europe.
Mr. Chaffey is joining Northrop Grumman, effective Aug. 29,
after a 25-year career at PA Consulting Group, the defense company
said Monday. Prior to that, he spent six years in the Royal Corps
of Naval Constructors at the Ministry of Defence.
Earlier this month, the company said Wes Bush is stepping down
as chief executive of Northrop at the end of the year and will be
succeeded by Kathy Warden.
Northrop shares were recently down 1.12% at $320.29.
