Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Stephen M. Smith, a Vice President responsible for the commercial aspects of our onshore facilities and transportation segment, resigned his
position on January 10, 2018 for personal reasons. Mr. Smith had served as a Vice President since February 2010. Mr. Smith has advised us that he did not have any disagreements with our management or board that influenced his decision
to resign.
