Wereldhave NV said Wednesday that it has sold two shopping centers to French construction-and-infrastructure company Vinci SA for 57 million euros ($70.1 million).

The Dutch real-estate investment company said it has sold the Emiclaer shopping center in Amersfoort, Netherlands, and Les Passages in Bordeaux, France.

The proceeds of these transactions will be used to repay debt, the company said.
