LVMH Acquires Perfumes and Cosmetics Brand Officine Universelle Buly

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE said Tuesday that it has
acquired perfumes-and-cosmetics brand Officine Universelle
Buly.
The French luxury-goods giant said the Parisian brand will join
the group alongside 75 other maisons after having been assisted for
nearly four years by minority investment fund LVMH Luxury
Ventures.
Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.
