Other Events.

On November 17, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Tango Health, Inc., an innovative software and services company offering Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, and benefit decision support solutions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the fourth quarter. A copy of the press release is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
