French industrial-gas company Air Liquide SA has sold its business entities in Greece to Sol SpA, the company said on Tuesday.

The transaction includes its Air Liquide Hellas and Vitalaire Hellas entities, the company said, adding that its 104 employees in Greece are now Sol employees.

The financial terms of the transactions weren't disclosed.
