Air Lease Corp. said Thursday that it priced $1.5 billion of new bonds this week.

The Los Angeles-based aircraft-finance company's new senior unsecured debt comprises $750 million of notes due in 2027 and $750 million of notes due in 2032. The shorter-term notes have a 2.2% coupon, while the coupon on the longer-term debt is 2.875%.

Air Lease said its uses for the proceeds could include aircraft purchases and refinancing existing debt.
