Norwegian clean-energy and carbon-storage services provider Horisont Energi A/S said Tuesday that E.ON SE has exercised its right to appoint one member and one deputy member to Horisont's board.

Earlier this year, the companies entered a deal to develop European carbon-capture, transport and storage services which also saw E.ON buy a 25% stake in Horisont Energi.

E.ON's appointed representatives are Gabriel Clemens as regular board member and Stefan Hakansson as deputy board member.
