21st Century Holding Company (Nasdaq:TCHC), a Florida-based provider of insurance, today announced that it plans to hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Company's executive offices located at 14050 N.W. 14 Street, Suite 180, Sunrise, Florida 33323. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 9, 2012 will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The Company will mail and provide access to its definitive proxy materials to its shareholders prior to the Annual Meeting.

The Company, through its subsidiaries, underwrites homeowners' property and casualty, commercial general liability, commercial residential property, flood, personal automobile, commercial automobile, inland marine, workers' compensation and personal umbrella insurance in the state of Florida. The Company is also licensed as an admitted carrier in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas to offer coverage for more than 300 classes of commercial general liability business, including special events.
