Luxor Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets:LXRRF) (TSX-V:LRL) is pleased to announce sales for the first 4 months of 2012 totaled approximately $ 1,806,000. This represents an increase of 180 percent in sales over the same period for 2011 which were approximately $ 646,000.

Sales in April, 2012 were $ 600,000 compared to $ 200,000 in April, 2011. Sales in March, 2012 were $ 513,000 compared to $ 109,000 in March, 2011. Luxor has increased sales levels by developing new product lines.

Luxor has added two sales personnel to its management staff in anticipation of continued sales growth. Glen Allen has joined Luxor as USA Sales Manager following several years of experience in management positions with General Motors and Chrysler auto dealerships. Peter Bueckert joins Luxor as Canadian Sales Manager following over 30 years of experience with wood truss companies in sales and design as well as designing buildings under Bueckert Blueprints.

During the past year, the Company's workforce has more than quadrupled to more than sixty employees to handle the increased production, sales and logistics.

Luxor continues to anticipate significant sales growth based on progress made with new and existing products and will keep shareholders advised of further developments.
