Legends Launches Save the Planet Campaign; Updates Form 10 Filing
10 April 2013 - 2:30PM
Marketwired
MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - April
10, 2013) - Legends Business Group (PINKSHEETS: LGBS) today
announced the company's new energy conservation campaign: "Save The
Planet." Jeffery Wilson, Legends Executive Energy Consultant, will
set out to design and illustrate initiatives that can help the
world in energy conservation.
Legends' "Save The Planet" campaign will roll out with its
initial effort "Save The Planet, One Battery At A Time" (OBAT).
OBAT's focus is reaching out to small businesses such as local
junkyards, auto parts stores, auto repair shops and the like in an
attempt to illustrate how we can conserve batteries by restoring
and reconditioning rather than discarding them in the trash. "The
goal is to show how small businesses can use the Zombie
Restorer-Charger (RC) to restore dead or old batteries," said
Jeffery Wilson, LGBS's Executive Energy Consultant.
Wilson will direct and assist Legends sales and marketing
affiliates and distributors, to educate these auto related
businesses on how to use the Zombie Chargers product line. Part of
Wilson's education initiative will be to demonstrate how the
Restorer Charger can revive dead and discarded batteries and in
turn, make what would otherwise be trash; cash. "In this economy,
not only is this model a new profit maker for businesses, but it
removes one more battery from the landfills and uses less energy in
the restoration process," said Wilson.
"Save the Planet" has several initiatives in development to
change the way we look at our energy consumption. New ideas and
concepts in lighting, heating, air-conditioning for residential and
commercial uses will help to curb the ongoing energy crises, "one
structure at a time."
Jeffery Wilson wants to hear your ideas for a device, either
already in the market place or concepts you are thinking about. "No
idea is too large or too small," said Wilson. Please send them to:
jwilson@legendspower.com. Upon receipt Jeffery Wilson will
personally review each submission and forward those worth pursuing
to marketing and production for consideration. Your Idea might be
the next big thing to help consumers reduce everyday energy
consumption -- you could be nicely compensated for these efforts or
ideas.
SEC Form 10 and Audit (Update):
As announced, Legends is currently in the process of completing
its Form 10 filing with audited financials for LGBS Annual Report
2012. In order to preserve transparency to its shareholders,
Legends is announcing that the Form 10 filing will not be completed
and filed with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) by the
OTC Annual report deadline of April 15, 2013. Legends is in the
process of working diligently with its attorney and auditors to
have this filing completed as soon as possible. Legends has already
contacted OTC and they have instructed the company to submit an
unaudited management created annual report to keep the company in
OTC Pink Current Information status until the company can submit
their Form 10 filing. The reports posted on OTC Pink Sheets will
not reflect the modified narrative and financials that Legends will
be submitting to the SEC. OTC Markets assures Legends that when the
company has been approved by the SEC and its EDGAR reports are
posted they will be transferred to the OTCQB venture marketplace
for companies that are current in their reporting with a U.S.
regulator. Legends ensures to its investors and shareholders that
we are doing everything possible to complete the process.
