December 30, 2008, the Company announced that CEO Bill Tighe said in an
interview with IPOdesktop.com that Kodiak Energy, Inc. is well-positioned for
profitable growth, even at current energy prices. Kodiak has diversified
projects on almost 700,000 gross acres for development and exploration in
multiple jurisdictions and work environments. IPOdesktop.com is a leading

money managers and individual investors.
