Global Digital Solutions, Inc., (the “Registrant”) was unable to timely file its 10-K Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018, due to unanticipated delays in the preparation of its financial reports. The Registrant was unable, without unreasonable effort and expense, to obtain and review the information necessary to complete the preparation of its Form 10-K.
