Instead, China Finance will file forms and reports required under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for registered investment companies, such as annual and semi-annual reports on Form N-CSR, quarterly holdings reports on Form N-Q and proxy voting reports on Form N-PX. China Finance has indicated that it is in the process of preparing its first semi- annual report on Form N-CSR, which is due to be mailed to shareholders in accordance with securities law requirements by the end of the month.
