YSS Corp.™ (the “Company” or “YSS”) (TSXV: YSS) (WKN: A2PLQ7) wishes to remind shareholders that as of market open today, June 17, 2019, all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (“YSS Shares”) will commence trading on a post-consolidation basis.  On June 4, 2019, the Company announced the consolidation of the YSS Shares on the basis of one (1) post‐consolidation YSS Share for each six (6) pre‐consolidation YSS Shares.  All outstanding warrants of the Company have been consolidated on the same basis and the exercise prices of outstanding share purchase warrants adjusted accordingly.
