THEMAC Resources Group Limited ("THEMAC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:MAC)
wishes to announce that Mr. Stephen L. Law has resigned as a director of the
Company effective on March 28, 2011. Mr. Law, who served on the Company's board
since 2005, has now been appointed Co-Secretary of the Company. 


The Board thanks Mr. Law for his valuable contributions to the Company for the
five and a half years he served as a board member, and welcomes him in his new
capacity where his expertise will be essential for the Company.
