2023 /CNW/ - Taiga Motors Corporation ("Taiga" or the

manufacturer, announced today that it will postpone the release of
its fourth quarter and full year 2022 results from the originally
planned date of March 28, 2023, due
to delays caused by numerous activities in order to secure and
close the convertible debt offering as announced on March 17, 2023, and therefore allowing for the
Company and its external auditors to complete their final normal
course review and audit procedures. Taiga now expects to issue the
results on March 30, 2023. The
results will be distributed by newswire and posted on
ir.taigamotors.ca. Taiga's management will host its quarterly call
with the investment community at 9:00 a.m.
Eastern time (6:00 a.m. Pacific
time) to discuss its financial results. The conference call
