("Propel" or the "Company") (TSX: PRL) today
announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of
CAD$0.095 per common share, payable
on December 8, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the
close of business on November 22, 2021. This dividend marks
Propel's first dividend declared as a public Company and is
consistent with the dividend policy disclosed in its IPO prospectus
dated October 13, 2021. The
Company has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend within
the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
