                      Result of AGM and Additional Listing

At the Company's AGM held yesterday, all resolutions proposed were passed.

The Company has today made application for admission of 480,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued at 1.25p in consideration
for professional services provided to the Company. The shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings in the new
ordinary shares are expected to commence on 3 September 2003.
