Lucira Health Inc. on Friday received the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's emergency use authorization for its Covid-19 and Flu diagnostic test. Shares of the company, which provides at-home molecular tests and tele-health services for Covid-19, jumped 180% in after-hours trading.

Tegna Inc.'s $5.4 billion proposed sale to hedge fund Standard General L.P. will be further examined by an administrative law judge, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission said. Shares of the TV broadcaster dropped 26% in after-hours trading.
