Consumer Care Services Business Unit Expands Services OMAHA, Neb.,
Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SITEL Corporation (NYSE:SWW), a

announced today the signing of a multi-year agreement with one of
North America's energy solutions companies, to support their
customer care and sales contact functions. The 5-year agreement
further underscores SITEL's leading service offering in the utility
industry, where its solutions are provided to utility companies on
four continents. SITEL will provide services to the energy provider
from approximately 175 workstations in two Canadian facilities,
Toronto and St. Catharines. This energy sector agreement is the
most recent of several contracts signed by the SITEL's North
American Consumer Care Services business unit in 2005 showing
considerable growth in health care, government, consumer goods, and
