Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 29, 2022, Carl L. Hausmann, a director of Pyxus International, Inc. (the “Company”), communicated to the Company his intention to retire as a director when his current term expires at the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Hausmann, age 76, has served as a director of the Company since 2020.
