On April 6, 2022, Owl Rock Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022 on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
