Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Michael J. O’Brien has notified Omnicom Group Inc. (the “Company”) that he has finalized his plans to step down from his role as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to spend more time with his family and pursue personal interests.  Effective December 31, 2022, Mr. O’Brien is transitioning to an advisory role with the Company.  Louis F. Januzzi, who has been a member of Omnicom’s legal team for 15 years, is being promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
