On June 2, 2022, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its senior management will present at the Stifel 2022 Cross Sector Insight Conference on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
