On May 2, 2023, Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the three months ended March 31, 2023 (the “First Quarter Release”). A copy of the First Quarter Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated in this Current Report by reference.
