Explanation of Responses:
(1) Reflects a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") as director compensation to John Barrett, a managing partner of Corre Partners Management, LLC ("Corre"). Mr. Barrett currently serves on the board of directors of the Issuer.
(2) Mr. Barrett transferred 26,271 restricted stock units to Corre Opportunities Qualified Master Fund, LP, and 7,062 restricted stock units to Corre Horizon Fund, LP, clients of Corre, immediately following the grant thereof. As a managing partner of Corre, the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of securities held by Corre or its clients. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
(3) Securities held by clients of Corre. As a managing partner of Corre, the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of such securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
