Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 3, 2022, Kristin A. Campbell, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief ESG Officer of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that she intends to retire from the Company effective December 31, 2022. Ms. Campbell has agreed to work closely with the Company to facilitate an orderly transition for her successor, including through an extension of her retirement date, if needed.
