Condition.
On May 3, 2023, Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results
for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form
8-K.
